Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Flipberry Tales handles information when you play the game on iOS or Android. Flipberry Tales is a free, ad-supported matching game. You do not need to create an account.

Information stored on your device

Game progress, coins, settings, completed levels, and privacy choices are stored locally on your device. Removing the app normally removes this local data, subject to device or platform backups controlled by Apple or Google.

Advertising and consent

We use Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and their advertising partners to provide banner and rewarded ads. Depending on your region and privacy choices, these services may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app interactions, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and device information to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising.

Where required, the game displays Google's certified User Messaging Platform consent form before requesting ads. You can revisit available choices from Settings → Privacy choices. Declining personalized advertising does not remove rewarded features; eligible ads may instead be non-personalized or limited.

How information is used

• Deliver and measure banner and rewarded advertising.
• Provide rewards only after a rewarded ad is completed.
• Detect fraud, abuse, crashes, and technical problems.

Children

Flipberry Tales is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Advertising choices can be changed through the in-game privacy entry point when required and through your device's privacy settings. You may also contact us about a privacy request.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a mobile game. Locally stored game data remains until you reset or remove it. Advertising providers retain data according to their policies and legal obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
